- CHAMBORD FRUIT AND BRIE
“A classic combination”
This is a classic combination and one to be enjoyed with a nice bottle of wine.
Ingredients:
- Brie
- 1/4 C dried fruit such as cherries and/or apricots
- 2T pecan pieces
- 1/2t of lemon zest
- 1/2C of orange juice
- 1/2C of Chambord
- 2T sugar
Directions:
Put all ingredients, except brie, in saucepan.
Simmer over medium heat until thickened and fruit is tender.
Serve with warm or room temperature brie.
