“A classic combination”

This is a classic combination and one to be enjoyed with a nice bottle of wine.

Ingredients:

  • Brie
  • 1/4 C dried fruit such as cherries and/or apricots
  • 2T pecan pieces
  • 1/2t of lemon zest
  • 1/2C of orange juice
  • 1/2C of Chambord
  • 2T sugar

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients, except brie, in saucepan.

  2. Simmer over medium heat until thickened and fruit is tender.

  3. Serve with warm or room temperature brie.
