- AUTUMN FRUIT BRIE PIZZA
Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 1 Bova Bakery multi grain crust from our freezer
- 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen fruited chutney or chutney of your choice
- 8 oz brie cheese (remove rind and slice thin)
- 1 Granny Smith apple, core and slice thin
Directions:
Spread the chutney over the pizza or pita crust.
Layer with the brie cheese.
Place the apple slices decoratively over the cheese.
Place the pizza on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
To “toast” the top a bit, you can pop under the broiler for a brief moment.
Slice and serve as an appetizer or an accompaniment to soup.
