A perfect fall flavor made using black truffles.

Ingredients:

Cucina Viva Glack Truffle Butter Cucina Viva Gnocchi with Cheese (or other gnocchi we carry) Daucy Haricot Verts (extra fine green beans in our freezer) Alexia Garlic Baguette


Directions:

Bake the garlic bread according to instructions.

Melt the butter and add the green beans, saute on low.

Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, drain and add the beans and 2T (or more if needed) of the Black Truffle Butter. Toss and top with grated parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread.
