
- ROASTED ASPARAGUS AND EGGS
This delicious seasonal breakfast is so easy using our “poach pods”. Serves 4
Ingredients:

1 bunch local asparagus, cleaned and trimmed
4 Creswick Farms local eggs
Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Ristaurante Teatro Balsamic Glazing Sauce
Coarse kosher salt
Fresh cracked pepper
BLiS Citrus Blend Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the asparagus spears on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and coarse kosher salt. Bake asparagus until lightly browned and tender (about 15 minutes).
Poach 4 eggs using your favorite poaching technique. We recommend using our “Poach Pods”.
Divide the asparagus among 4 plates and top with a poached egg. Sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper and a little BLiS Citrus Salt. Top with shaved parmesan cheese and garnish with a few drizzles of the balsamic glazing sauce.
