  • PUMKPKIN CANNELLONI’S OR MINI PUMPKIN PIE’S

Quick easy and delicious! Can also substitute pastry cups and pipe filling into the cups for mini pumpkin pies.

Ingredients:

Brownwood Farms or other Pumpkin Butter

Mascarpone cheese

Cinnamon glazed almonds, chopped

Kings Cupboard Caramel Sauce or other

Cannelloni shells or small pastry cup cookies


Directions:

1. Mix the pumpkin butter with mascarpone cheese to taste and enough to pipe into however many cannelloni’s you’re making. Pipe the mixture into the cannelloni. OR place a dollop in the pastry cup.

2. Warm the caramel sauce gently on the stove and when ready to serve, drizzle over the cannelloni and top with cinnamon glazed chopped almonds.
