  • PEPPER JELLY WITH SAUSAGE

Serves 8

Ingredients:

1 lb. of your favorite sausage - NOTE: You can use mini sausages or your favorite flavored large sausage and slice.

Cherry Republic Pepper Jelly


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.

2. Slice the sausage if using larger sausages, or place the mini sausages in a mixing bowl and stir in the pepper jelly until well coated.

3. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until heated and slightly caramelized stirring several times during the cooking process.

4. When finished, put the sausages on your favorite serving platter, sprinkle with fresh chopped chives to garnish and serve with toothpicks.
