Featuring local peaches and Randy's Granola
Quick easy dessert. No cooking.
Ingredients:
8 oz. Mascarpone Cheese
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2T Amaretto
Fresh peach slices
Randy's Granola to taste

1. In a small bowl, whip together Mascarpone Cheese, sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in Amaretto.
2. Serve a dollop of the Amaretto Mascarpone over farm fresh peaches, sprinkled with your favorite Michigan granola from Grand River Grocery.
