  • PEACH PECAN AND AMARETTO CREAM PIE

Super simple when using market ready ingredients.  Short cut secret?  San Saba Pecan Company Peach Pecan and Amaretto Preserves!!

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese

8 oz Cool Whip

11 oz jar of San Saba Pecan Co Peach Pecan and Amaretto Preserves

1/4 C finely chopped pecan pieces

1 prepared graham cracker crust


Directions:

Beat the cream cheese with a mixer until light and fluffy.  Add 1/2 jar preserves and mix well, then fold in 1/2 tub of Cool Whip.

Pour into the prepared crust.

Spread the remaining preserves over the pie and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Before serving, top with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle the nuts on top for garnish.  Light, fresh, delicious and best of all . . . quick and easy!!
