Serves 6 as an appetizer or dessert!

Ingredients:

1 package of Effie's Corncakes (12 pieces)

Shadowland Buckwheat Honey

6 oz Grassfield's Polkton Corners Cheese

3 Michigan peaches, cut into eighth's


Directions:

Spread each corncake generously with the Buckwheat Honey, top with a thin slice of Polkton corners and a slice of peach.  For an extra touch, brush the peaches with olive oil and grill briefly before assembling.
