Peppadew Poppa’s and Party Cups

Ingredients:

* Peppadew Poppa's

 Jar of Peppadews, Fresh Goat Cheese or Marinated Feta Cubes, Basil Strip Garnish

* Party Cups

Savory Pastry Cups, Boursin or other soft lightly flavored cheese, any specialty tapenade


Directions:

1. Peppadew Poppa’s--Drain the peppadews and stuff with goat cheese or marinated feta cubes . . . serve on an olive tray (helps them stand up) and garnish with basil strips.

2. Party Cups--Place a small scoop of the cheese in the savory cup and top with your favorite tapenade . . . or do a variety, you are only limited by your imagination!!!
