
- LA SALAMANDRA DULCE DE LECHE MILK CARAMEL MOUSSE
This super simple mousse will rock your world!
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
2 egg yolks
9 oz jar of La Salamandra Dulce de Leche
9 oz whipping cream
4 T sugar
Directions:
Beat the egg yolks until they double their volume and turn a paler color. Whip the cream until it thickens slightly, then whip the egg whites with the sugar until soft. Blend the egg yolks with the Dulce de Leche. Add the cream; blend gently, and lastly the egg white mixture - blend gently. Place in glasses and chill. Serve very cold with grated chocolate and nuts.
