
- GARLIC SHRIMP AND PASTA
Use Stonewall Kitchen new Roasted Garlic Bread Spread as a market shortcut!
Ingredients:
1 jar of Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Bread Spread
1 bag of fresh pasta (available in our refrigerated case)
Pre-cooked shrimp of your choice
Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions:
Thaw the shrimp and lightly saute in a couple dollops of the bread spread to warm . . . set aside. Boil the pasta according to package instruction, drain. Put back in pan and toss with a couple more spoonfulls of the bread spread until the pasta is well coated. Place the garlic pasta on a plate and top with a couple shrimp. Grate parmesan cheese over the pasta and shrimp, sprinkle with chopped parsley - VOILA - Garlic Shrimp Pasta in about as long as it took to boil the pasta (fresh goes quick - about 3-5 minutes!)
