  • FARMER’S MARKET PANZANELLA SALAD

Featuring Sission's Greek Dressing and Stonehouse Bread.  This is a very simple, fresh summer salad.  Also great with bell peppers and fresh parsley or thyme.

Ingredients:

For Croutons

2 cups Stonehouse bread, cubed

3T Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1t Salt

1/2t Garlic powder

1/4t pepper

Direction:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Combine all ingredients and bake in oven 10 minutes or until golden brown.

 

For Salad

2 cups heirloom tomatoes, diced

2 cups cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red onion, diced

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

1/2 cup Sisson's Greek Dressing

Salt and Pepper to taste

Direction:

1.  Combine all salad ingredients.  Then toss with the croutons.
