In a hurry? This one’s so easy it’s hard to believe.

Ingredients:

Cookie cups in either individual serving size, or mini

Fruit filling and/or lemon or lime curd

Mascarpone Cheese

Whipped Cream


Directions:

1. In our dessert section we carry Clearbrook Farms delicious, award winning cookie cups.

2. Select whatever filling you’d like and fill the cup with that filling, top with a little dollop of fresh whipped cream and garnish with a mint leave.

3. If desired, you can scoop a little of the mascarpone cheese into the cup, then top with the fruit filling.

4. There is no right or wrong way with this dessert. Assemble how you’d like and serve!
