
- CRESWICK FARMS GREEK LAMB BURGER
Local lamb makes all the difference - healthier and tastier.
Ingredients:
1 to 1-1/2 lbs of grd Creswick Farms lamb
1 1/2 T BLiS Morrocan Spice Rub
Generous handful of chopped fresh mint leaves
Other items to pick up: Feta cheese, slivered red onions, fresh local spinach, bread or buns from your favorite local bakery. We’ve got Zingerman’s!
Directions:

Combine the lamb, rub and mint to make 4 lamb patties (that was easy!). Toss the spinach, slivered red onions, and feta cheese together with a couple tablespoons of olive oil and about a teaspoon and a half of balsamic vinegar. Brush one side of the bread or rolls with olive oil.
Grill the lamb burgers until done and the oil side of the bread or buns. Top each lamb burger with the spinach, onion and feta salad. That’s it! About 20-30 minutes for a healthy, local and DELICIOUS grilled dinner!
