This combination is both tart and sweet - a quick, easy starter to any evening.
Ingredients:
Soft fresh cheese (goat or mascarpone)
Food for Thought Apricot Chardonnay Preserves
34 Degree Crispbread (or cracker of your choice!)
Directions:
In a decorative small serving bowl or plate, scoop the cheese and top with the Apricot Chardonnay preserves. Place the crackers around the cheese and serve.
