
- ARTICHOKE DIP
Serves 8
Ingredients:
Artichoke Olive Spread (choose one of our specialty spreads)
3T green onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4C cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2C Organic Valley shredded parmesan cheese
1/4t fresh grated lemon peel
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix. Transfer dip to a greased baking dish. Bake dip 20-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly. Garnish with a few chopped green onion tops for color. Serve with French bread toasts (we’ve got them already toasted!) or crackers.
