
- BOURBON MAPLE GLAZED SALMON
From Chef Steve Stallard of BLiS products
Ingredients:
4—6oz filets of wild salmon
3 oz of BLiS Bourbon Matured Maple Syrup
1t of good soy sauce
1/2 t finely minced garlic
Splash of fresh lemon
To Taste: BLiS Smoked Fleur De Sel and fresh cracked pepper
Directions:
1. Mix the garlic, soy sauce, pepper, syrup and squeeze of lemon in a small bowl. This is the glaze.
2. Grill the unseasoned salmon until almost done.
3. Brush the glaze on in the last minutes of grilling and allow a few minutes to grill with the glaze.
4. When done and before serving, finish with the Smoked Fleur De Sel.
