  • APRICOT AND BACON ROLL UPS

Makes approximately 18

Ingredients:

Local thick sliced bacon or Neuskie's bacon (both in our freezer) 

Dried Apricot

Stonewall Kitchen Thai Marinade


Directions:

1. Separate bacon slices and cut in half.

2. Roll a 1/2 piece of bacon around each apricot (these are apricots of substance!)

3. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and drizzle with Stonewall Kitchen Thai Marinade (or any “Asian style” marinade).

4. Bake at 400 degree’s until the bacon is crisp.

5. Place on a serving platter, garnish with chive spears and a fresh orange slice. Serve with cocktail forks or toothpicks.
