AUGUST GRILL MENU

Every Wednesday 11-2 and 4-7:30 join us for "Get Your Grill On"!  A special grilling event featuring Michigan products. Each week we'll have hamburgs and hotdogs from local Heffron Farms and in addition, a chef's special.  Here's the specials for August:

AUGUST 4:  Grilled ribs and chicken breasts brushed with Pop's Bare Bones Basting Sauce - Pop's will be here for lunch!

AUGUST 11:  Mixed lettuces, dried blueberries, candied pecans, goat cheese, red peppers with grilled chicken skewars topped with blueberry poppy seed dressing.  All featuring blueberries from Blueberry Haven. 

AUGUST 18:  Oaxacan rubbed chicken breast with Oaxacan aioli - all from Great Lakes Tea and Spice.

AUGUST 25:  Duck confit quesadilla featuring Food for Thought wine preserves.

SEPTEMBER 1: Grilled beef shoulder drizzled with BLiS balsamic and bourbon syrup.

SEPTEMBER 8:  Grilled meatball sandwich with Fricano's tomoto sauce and Farmlands Michigan cheese.
